Leather cabins, stitched by hand.

The part of the airplane you actually touch.

Every seat is stripped to the frame, rebuilt with fresh foam, and covered in aviation leather that meets burn-certification standards. Patterns are cut to your aircraft, stitch lengths are measured, and nothing leaves the shop until it's right.

How a seat is made.

Every seat comes apart to the frame and goes back together by hand. The same person who sews it signs the logbook.

  1. Hands cutting brown leather on a mat

    Pattern and cut

Old covers become templates. Hides are matched for color and grain.

  2. Industrial sewing machine stitching leather

    Sew

Panels, piping and quilting run on heavy machines, stitch length set for each seam.

  3. Hand-stitching a leather seam

    Finish by hand

Closing seams and trim are hand-sewn where a machine can't reach.

  4. Finished Cessna 172L cockpit and side panels

    Install and sign

Seats go back in, belts and placards are checked, and the logbook entry is written.

Design your seat.

Choose the leather, a second color for the center panels, the thread and the stitch pattern. Send the design with your quote request and we'll bring real samples to go over with you.
